- All stores have been verified by our team and they are trustworthy. To choose the best one, you can be guided by the reviews left by other users who have already left their bags there.
- Your luggage will be closed with a numbered seal that identifies it and protects it from being opened.
- Your belongings are insured with SURA insurance coverage while they are stored. (See insurance conditions)
- Payment is made securely on site, through Mercado Pago. If your plans change, you can cancel your booking and get a full refund.

To see nearby stores where you can leave your bags, do a search on the main page:
wekeep.app. There you must enter:
- Location: You can select your current location or manually enter the desired location (for example: Buenos Aires).
- Check-In Date: Day and time you want to drop-off your luggage.
- Check-Out Date: Day and time you want to pick-up your luggage.
- Number of Bags: The bags or items to be stored are counted per unit, regardless of their size.They can be suitcases, bags, backpacks, belongings or small packages.
Once you have found the most convenient store, you must make a booking.
Once the search is done, select the most convenient store and click on "Book Now".
You will then be able to see the details of the booking and the information of the store.
You must make the payment to confirm your booking.
If there was an error and you need to change the selected dates, you can do so before making the payment. In the schedule details of the booking, click on the ✏️icon to modify them. You can only change to a time when the store is open.
If you have a discount code, you must enter it before making the payment.
In the booking details, click on the button “I have a discount coupon” and enter it.
If the coupon is valid, you will see the updated booking price and you can continue with the payment.
Payment is made from your booking details in WeKeep.
You can pay with Argentine debit or credit cards in ARS - Pesos Argentinos through the MercadoPago platform.
Or with international debit or credit cards in USD - Dollars through the Stripe platform.
After making the payment you will be able to see the exact location of the store, a photo of the outside of the place to be able to locate it and a chat will be enabled with the store to communicate if necessary.
Only after the payment has been approved, the booking will be effective. Payments are not accepted at the store.
Once the payment is approved, the booking will be confirmed and ready.
When the agreed check-in time arrives, you must go to the store to leave your luggage. A manager will verify the details of the booking and will take your bags to put the security seals and store them in a safe place.
The store will immediately update the status of the booking and you will receive an email with the details of the seals that were placed. Now you can really enjoy your day luggage free!🤩
At the check-out time, go back to the store to pick-up your bags. The store will check your identity and deliver the luggage.
You will receive a confirmation email and you will be able to leave a review to the store for the service provided.
In case there has been any inconvenience with the store or with the service, you can start a claim.
To cancel a booking you must go to its details and click on "Cancel Booking".
If the booking was confirmed, you will receive a full refund of the money paid through the same payment method used to pay.
You can cancel a booking up to the check-in date and only if you have not yet left your luggage at the store. If you did not show up to leave your luggage and the day of check-in has already passed, you will no longer be able to get a refund.
You can create a claim on a booking if you have had any problem.
To create it, go to the booking details and click on “I have a problem”.
Tell us all the details of the event.
Once the claim has been submitted, we will contact you within the next 48 hours.
In the event that you have suffered an incident with your luggage (theft or damage), you must create the corresponding claim within 48 hours after the incident occurred.
You will be able to rate the store for the service provided once your booking has been completed.
You will be able to evaluate it according to your satisfaction with the service and the attention received and highlight the points for and against. You will also be asked for a review to help other users in their choice.
It is important that the evaluation is real and sincere, since this allows us to improve the system's recommendations and provide a better service.
