To find nearby stores where you can safely store your luggage, perform a search on the main page of WeKeep providing the following information:

  • Location: You can select your current location or manually enter the desired location (e.g., Buenos Aires, Argentina).
  • Check-in Date: Specify the day and time you want to leave your luggage.
  • Check-out Date: Specify the day and time you would like to retrieve your luggage.
  • Number of bags: All the items you want to store. Every piece of luggage, whether it's a suitcase, bag, backpack, or pouch, is considered one unit, regardless of its size.

Click on “Find Nearby Stores” and select each store to view its details and information. Once you find the most convenient store for you, make a booking.

After choosing the most convenient store in the search, click on "Book Now". You can then review the booking details and store information.

Verify that the selected times and the number of suitcases are correct. In case of any errors, you can adjust the selected times before proceeding to payment. In the booking times detail, click on the ✏️ icon to make modifications.
You can only adjust to a time when the store is open. Alternatively, you can return to the search and choose another available store.

To confirm your booking, you must make the payment. Once the payment is made, the booking will be effective, and the store can receive you. Payments are not accepted at the store.

If you have a discount code, you must enter it from your booking details, clicking on the "I Have a Discount Coupon" button before making the payment.

If the coupon is valid, you will see the updated booking price and can proceed with the payment process.

Payment is made securely through the platform. You can pay with international debit or credit cards using the Stripe platform.

Only for Argentina: You can pay for your booking in ARS - Argentine Pesos through the MercadoPago platform.

Once the payment is confirmed, the exact location of the store will be available in your booking, along with a photo of the exterior of the place to find it more easily and a chat to communicate if necessary.

Only after the payment is approved, the booking will be effective, and the store can receive you. Payments are not accepted at the store.

You must go to the store to leave your luggage at the agreed-upon time. The store manager will verify the booking details and take your bags to secure them with security seals and store them in a secure place.
Immediately, the store will update the booking status, and you will receive an email with details of the seals that were placed. Now you can enjoy your day without burdens. 🤩

Once the end time of your booking arrives, return to the store to retrieve your luggage. They will verify your identity and hand over the luggage.

Afterward, you will receive an email for you to rate the store for the service and attention received ⭐.

In case of any issues with the store or your luggage, initiate a complaint.
If the service was not provided correctly, please write to us on WhatsApp to share your experience.

You can cancel your booking until the indicated check-in date, and if you haven't left your luggage at the store yet.
To cancel, go to the details of your booking on WeKeep and click on “Cancel booking.”

You will receive a full refund through the same payment method used. The refund may take up to 5 business days, depending on your bank's processes.

If you did not show up to leave your luggage, and the check-in date has passed, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

You can file a claim about a booking if you have experienced issues with payment, service, the store, your luggage, or other problems. To do so, go to the booking details and click on “I Have a Problem,” explaining all the details of the incident.

Once the claim is submitted, we will contact you within the next 48 business hours.

In case you have had an incident with your luggage (theft or damage), you must file the corresponding claim within 48 hours after the incident occurs.

After your booking concludes, you will have the opportunity to rate the store for the provided service.

You can evaluate it based on your satisfaction with the service and attention received, highlighting both positive and negative aspects. Additionally, you will be asked to include a reference comment to help other users in their choice.
