  • All shops are verified by our team and are completely trustworthy. To choose the best option, you can check reviews from other users who left their bags there.
  • Your luggage will be stored in a restricted-access area and sealed with a numbered security tag to identify and protect it from tampering.
  • Your belongings are insured with coverage while stored at the shop. (See insurance conditions)
  • Payments are processed securely through our platform. If your plans change, you can cancel your booking and receive a full refund.
  • We provide personalized WhatsApp support. If you have any questions or issues, don’t hesitate to write us!

  • Select the shop or location that suits you best.
  • Click on “Book Now”.
  • Check schedules and number of bags. You can edit them if needed.
  • If you have a discount coupon, enter it by clicking “I have a discount coupon” before completing payment.
  • Complete the online payment to confirm. You can pay with credit or debit cards. Payments at the shop are not accepted.

All set! Head to the shop to drop off your luggage. Just show your booking number and ID so they can verify your details and safely store your bags.

Payment is made in a secure and reliable way through our platform, processed by Stripe, one of the most secure payment systems in the world. You can pay with international debit or credit cards, in the local currency of each country.

  • If you are in Argentina, you can pay in ARS (Argentine Pesos) via MercadoPago, maintaining the same level of security and ease of use.
  • If you are from Brazil, you can pay in BRL (Brazilian Reais) via PIX, maintaining the same level of security and ease of use.
Once the payment is processed, your reservation will be confirmed and you will have access to the exact store location, a photo of the exterior to easily identify it, and a direct chat to contact the store if needed.

Important: Only after the payment is approved will the reservation be valid and the store able to receive you. Payments on site are not accepted.

  • Go to the shop at your scheduled drop-off time.
  • The staff will verify your booking details, attach security seals to your luggage, and store it safely.
  • The shop will update your booking status and you’ll receive an email with the seal details.
  • Enjoy your day hands-free while your bags are protected 🙌
  • At the end of your booking time, return to the shop to pick up your luggage. They will verify your identity and hand over your bags.
Afterwards, you’ll receive an email inviting you to rate the shop’s service and attention.
If you had any issues with the shop or your luggage, open a claim or contact us via WhatsApp.

Yes, you can cancel your reservation and receive a full refund as long as you have not yet dropped off your luggage at the store and the start day of your reservation has not passed. You can do this from your reservation details on WeKeep by clicking “Cancel booking”.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used when booking. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

  • PIX payments in Brazil: If you are from Brazil, the refund will be made as a transfer to your PIX account associated with the CPF or email entered in WeKeep. It may take up to 5 business days.
  • Automatic lockers: Some automatic locker locations have a different cancellation policy, as they depend on the locker operator. In these cases, you can cancel your reservation until the day before your arrival and receive a full refund. On the reservation day, it will no longer be possible to cancel or receive a refund. This special condition is clearly shown in the reservation details before completing the payment.
  • No-show: If you did not show up to drop off your luggage and the start day has passed, it will not be possible to receive a refund.

If you experience a problem with your payment, the shop, the service, or your luggage, follow these steps to submit a support ticket:

  • Go to your booking details in WeKeep.
  • Click “I have a problem” and describe the issue in detail.
  • Once submitted, our team will contact you within 48 business hours.
If your luggage suffered an incident, such as damage or loss, please submit your claim within 48 hours of the event.

At the end of your booking, you’ll be able to leave a rating and comment about the shop that stored your luggage.

  • Each item is covered by insurance and secured with a seal for protection.

  • Can I extend my booking time?
    Yes, you can drop off or pick up your luggage a few hours earlier or later, as long as it’s within the shop’s opening hours (check in your booking details) and before 00:00 of the same day.

  • Is my luggage insured?
    Yes, all bookings include basic coverage against theft, along with safety measures to protect your belongings. For more information, check the section “Is it safe to store my luggage?”.

  • Can I store valuables or money?
    It’s not recommended due to insurance policies. The service is designed for personal luggage (suitcases, backpacks, bags), not for jewelry, cash, or high-value documents.

  • How do I get my receipt?
    Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking details. You can also check it from the platform.
    The shop will also receive your info and will easily validate it when you arrive.
